Information Scientific Center. We have established Information Scientific Center based on the project "Creating a network of information linking scientific, academic and specialized libraries, including the modernization of". Based on the project were obtained electronic information resources (eir) on SNL in Martin and its partner libraries, which include SSL in Kosice.

Entry only with a valid reader card

  • supervised by Information and Circulation Services Department
  • contains periodicals from various fields:
    • Slovak - approx. 900 titles
    • foreign - approx. 240 titles, Czech - approx. 190 titles
  • allows free access to approx. 1000 present titles, other at request
  • gives access to periodical only in study room
  • runs copy services
  • provides informations about periodicals collections
  • allows free access to daily press, older issues at request:
    • Slovak daily press - 13 titles in 2 copies
    • Czech daily press - 5 titles in 1 copy
  • number of seats: 20
